Concha was interviewed on “Fox & Associates,” along with hosts Steve Doocy, Ainsley Earhardt and Brian Kilmeade on February 15, 2019, where he felt it “ironic” that some in the media have raised question regarding President Donald Trump’s mental faculties without providing evidence, while Joe Biden’s decline remains off limits even though other 2020 presidential hopefuls had brought it up during nationally broadcasted debates.

Concha pointed out that, upon watching the 2012 vice presidential debate between Joe Biden and Paul Ryan again, Biden stood out as being particularly reflective of himself.
“He [Biden] was sharp; I mean that literally. He understood his info and arguments well and moved quickly,” Concha stated of Biden who then stood out among models seen now.
“Take this into consideration for just a second,” Ainsley warned, “and consider this: If Joe Biden wins the nomination and becomes president in 2020 or beyond – rather, what you could end up getting is someone in their 80s with serious decline and illness issues – which makes his prospect frighteningly daunting.

Concha admitted that mistakes, even those below-the-surface ones, happen regularly and is aware of his/her lapses of judgment.
With Biden, however, he observed that this appeared to occur frequently – something his campaign likely recognized because why would they limit him so greatly at campaign rallies to only seven minutes at most times of speaking time?

Concha has acknowledged Biden’s behaviors on both the campaign trail and debate stages are making his selection for vice chairmanship “essential.”
“That is why I am buying into the narrative that Hillary Clinton could become number two because people may wonder who will step in if Joe Biden goes further down this road,” said Mr. Conors.
